These are the ground rules for using our website and buying from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

About our products

Everything we make is handmade in small batches, so no two bars or rollers are exactly alike. Color, shape, and scent strength can vary a little from one piece to the next, and that is part of what handmade means. Photos are a close guide, not a guarantee of how your piece will look.

Drops and waitlists

We release products in limited drops. Joining a waitlist is free, does not require you to buy anything, and does not reserve a product for you. Early access, dates, quantities, and per-customer limits can change, and a drop may close when we sell out. We may limit how many of an item one customer can buy.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate. Prices and availability can change without notice. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may cancel or refund an order if an item sells out, if there is a pricing mistake, or if we suspect misuse, and we will tell you if that happens.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates, since carriers set the final timing. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands, but please write to us if something goes wrong and we will do our best to help.

Problems with an order

If your order arrives damaged or something is not right, email [email protected] and include your order details and a photo if you can. We will work with you to make it right.

Using our products

Our soaps and rollers are for external use only. Read the ingredient list before you use a product, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies, and stop using a product if it bothers your skin. Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Keep them away from the eyes and out of reach of young children.

Using this website

Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to interfere with it, copy it in bulk, or use it to send spam. All text, photos, labels, names, and designs on this site belong to A Wellness Market Inc. and may not be reused without our written permission.

Limits on our responsibility

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, A Wellness Market Inc. is not liable for indirect or incidental losses connected to your use of the site or our products, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update them from time to time, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
