We keep this simple. We collect only what we need to tell you about a drop, take your order, and ship it. We never sell your information.
Who we are
A Wellness Market Inc. is a small business in Riverview, Florida. We make handmade soap and oil rollers and sell them through this website. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean A Wellness Market Inc.
What we collect
- When you join a waitlist: your first name, your email address, and your last name if you choose to give it.
- When you place an order: your name, email, shipping address, and the items you ordered. If you give us a phone number for delivery, we keep that too.
- When you write to us: your email address and whatever you tell us in your message.
- When you visit the site: basic information your browser shares automatically, such as device type, pages viewed, and approximate location. Cookies and similar tools help the site work and show us which pages people use.
What we use it for
- To send you announcements about our drops, if you joined the waitlist or asked to hear from us.
- To process your order, ship it, and answer questions about it.
- To keep the website working and understand what to improve.
- To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping requirements.
We send email only. We do not send text messages.
Email and your choices
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you stop hearing from us right away. You can also write to [email protected] and ask us to remove you. Unsubscribing from drop announcements does not stop order emails about a purchase you made.
Who helps us run the business
We use trusted services to do the work, and they only receive what they need to do it:
- Our website, forms, and email are run on GoHighLevel.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Shipping labels and tracking are handled through Shippo and the carriers, such as USPS, so they receive your name and delivery address.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade our email list. We may share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep waitlist and customer information for as long as it is useful for running the business or required for our records, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or service can promise perfect security.
Children
Our site is not made for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Some states give you additional rights. Write to [email protected] and we will respond as soon as we can.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
